2 different versions of a song by M. Robbins (so far song unnamed)

version 1

I have found a line
from God’s Book Divine,
words so rich, so fine:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”
(chorus is basically from Lam 3:58)

Words so powerful,
words so wonderful
from a heart made whole:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”

And those words I’ve claimed,
so I shall exclaim,
yes, I will proclaim:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”

Christ, the Word, I’ll see
through eternity,
and my praise shall be:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”

version 2

I have found a line
from God’s Book Divine,
words so rich, so fine:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”
(chorus is basically from Lam 3:58)

Words so powerful,
words so wonderful
from a heart made whole:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”

Since those words I’ve claimed,
I shall, too, exclaim,
yes, I will proclaim:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”

Christ, the Word, I’ll see
through eternity,
and my praise shall be:
Chorus:
“O Lord, You have pleaded
the causes of my soul:
You have redeemed my life.”
